Take a look at these amazing powder coated aluminum walk gates for a residence in Amelia Island. We love them!
These gates are 100% custom-made. Each individual scroll was hand rolled on site in Jacksonville and welded into an 1-1/2″ frame with a rolled arch on top. All the materials used were either completely solid aluminum or heavy wall thickness. The scrolls have a pressed fishtail design on their ends to add a more elegant accent. Collars are spaced in alternating patterns on pickets.
Double swing gates at the front entry have high quality Locinox hardware, including locking cane pole, ornamental gate lock, and self-closing heavy-duty hinges. Matching fence continues the alternating collar design with custom scrolls in the corners.
These gates and fence are constructed of entirely non-ferrous metals and hardware, meaning everything you see here will never rust or corrode. The powder coat finish in “Statuary Bronze” was a great choice for a timeless look.
These gates were built to match their previous gates, which had completely rusted out over time. Many times our competitors will use the cheapest materials possible in order to cut costs and corners. Thin wall steel tubing just isn’t going to hold up over time, especially if you’re anywhere near a saltwater environment. It may cost extra initially, but trust us – using the right heavy-duty materials and finishes will pay dividends over time.
